Island Fire combines The Original Rum Bum® Premium Overproof Rum with passion fruit juice, lime, Prosecco and soda water in a sparkling rum cocktail.

COCKTAIL SPECIFICATION

Ingredients

  • 30ml The Original Rum Bum® Premium Overproof Rum
  • 40ml passion fruit juice
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • 90ml Prosecco
  • 30ml soda water

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice
  2. Add the rum, passion fruit juice, lime juice and sugar syrup
  3. Stir
  4. Top with Prosecco and soda water
